Awesome image utility. Has support for any format you can imagine, including animations. Edit, effects, crop, sharpen, wash the dishes, you name it. Excellent screen capture. I use this program all the time, and if it wasn't freeware, I'd buy it.

Freeware panel editing/building utility. Highly recommended if you like to mess with panels, or just add a simple ADF gauge, etc
